Alison Flemming

Alison Flemming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and finance within the retail sector. Currently serving as General Manager - Asset Management, Retail at Mirvac since November 2022, Alison oversees the operational results and team dynamics across the retail portfolio. Previous roles include General Manager Finance at Mirvac and General Manager Property - Retail (ANZ) at AMP Capital, where Alison provided strategic leadership and maximized investment performance. A former Regional Councillor and Chair at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Alison also led significant projects at Scentre Group and held various management positions across the industry. Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Newcastle and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
