Bryan Howitt

Bryan Howitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and capital management. Currently serving as Group General Manager for Wholesale Capital and Joint Ventures at Mirvac since July 2017, Bryan leads strategies for Capital Partner relationships and oversees institutional investor engagements. Previously, Bryan held key positions at CLSA, including Institutional Manager and Senior Property Investment Analyst, where responsibilities included covering regional real estate markets and analyzing the Australian property sector. Earlier experience at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President focused on real estate investment analysis, while initial roles included equity analysis at CommSec. Bryan holds a Commerce (Hons) degree in Corporate and Investment Finance from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Finsia.
