James Cain

James Cain is an established director with extensive experience in the property and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Director at Mirvac and Inland Rail since December 2023 and July 2023 respectively, James has also been a Director at M21 Advisory since May 2006, where the firm provides expert management consulting and commercial advisory services. Additionally, James holds the position of Board Chair at Hayball and has previously chaired the Board of Directors for the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) and ISPT. An alumnus of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor's degree in Building/Construction Site Management, James also holds an Executive MBA and a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
