Lisa Hurley

Lisa Hurley began their work experience in 2007 as a Consultant at Robert Walters, where they worked in banking operations. Lisa then became an On-Site Consultant at Macquarie Group Limited before transitioning to a role as a Resourcing Consultant at AMP Capital in 2010. In 2012, Lisa joined AMP as the Talent & Diversity Manager, where they were responsible for the strategic direction of the graduate program. Lisa then returned to AMP Capital in 2014 and held various positions, including People & Culture Business Partner, Co-Head of People & Culture, and Chief People Officer. Currently, Lisa is the Human Resources Director at Mirvac since 2023.

Lisa Hurley attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2014, where they completed the Managing Talent for Strategic Advantage Program. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney between 2012 and 2016. Lisa's earlier education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences with Honours, also from the University of Sydney, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Their academic focus during this time was on economics, political science, and international relations.
