Richard Seddon

Richard Seddon was appointed CEO Investments in March 2023. In this role, Richard has ultimate accountability for managing Mirvac’s direct investments, including office, industrial, retail, build to rent, and other investments through Mirvac Ventures.

Richard joined Mirvac in 2017 as General Manager of Industrial. In that role, Richard was responsible for the investment performance of Mirvac’s $1.6bn industrial portfolio, as well as the Mirvac’s $2.4bn development pipeline.

Richard has worked in the property industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in overseeing the acquisition, leasing, development and investment performance of large scale industrial estates.

Prior to Mirvac, Richard was a Senior Development Manager at Goodman, where he facilitated significant industrial development transactions and was responsible for securing new business deals and delivery. Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Urban Design and Master of Applied Finance.
