Teruyuki Sato

Teruyuki Sato is the Chief Executive Officer of Eastspring Investments Japan, responsible for driving and developing both retail and institutional businesses.

Teruyuki joined Eastspring Investments in March 2022 from UBS Asset Management (UBS AM) where he served as Head of Japan Wholesale Client Coverage. At UBS AM, he was responsible for third-party distribution business, with a proven track record in building innovative fund products and platforms.

Teruyuki holds over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, including with Mizuho Securities and Yamaichi Securities, based out of Tokyo, London, and Hong Kong.

Teruyuki holds a Master of Business Administration from Graduate School of Finance, Accounting and Law, Waseda University.
