Selena Nguyen

Selena Nguyen is an experienced property professional with a comprehensive background in property management and development. Currently serving as an Assistant Development Manager and previously as a Property Manager at Mirvac since March 2019, Selena has also worked at CBRE as a Property Lease Administrator and Property Analyst. Key competencies include managing the Queensland Dexus Portfolio, delivering exceptional client services, tenant arrears control, and participating in a Cultural & Diversity Steering Committee. A solid foundation in property analysis was developed through strategic consulting for Property NSW, complemented by earlier roles in office administration and customer service at companies such as Legion Logistics, Regent Redfern, and Coles. Selena holds a Bachelor of Business in Property from Western Sydney University and completed a Higher School Certificate at Randwick Girl's High School.
