Teresa Giuffrida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer strategy, brand management, and innovation within the property and retail sectors. Currently serving as Group General Manager for Customer & Brand and Innovation at Mirvac since 2010, Teresa has led award-winning initiatives such as the Hatch innovation program and the development of Mirvac's first customer experience program, The Standard. Previous roles at Mirvac include National Manager - Consumer Strategy and Regional Retail Marketing Manager, during which Teresa implemented groundbreaking projects such as 'Click and Collect' in Australian shopping centers. Prior to Mirvac, Teresa held marketing and product management positions at Westfield and Pacific Brands, and served as a lecturer in Beijing, China. Teresa holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University.
