Seamus Collins is a Learning and Development Specialist at Misean Cara since March 2017 and also serves as a Project Management Adviser, providing project management support in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Previously, Seamus held various management roles within Trócaire's International Division from January 1999 to June 2016, focusing on change management, institutional funding, strategic programme management, and organizational security. Earlier experiences include working as a Community Development Worker for OAK Partnership and as a Rural Water Supply Adviser for HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in Mozambique. Seamus began a career in rural water supply management as a Regional Manager for APSO in Lesotho. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork.
