Nicole Humphrey

Nicole Humphrey has a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. In 2018, they were the Head of Global Talent at MishiPay, a fast-moving fintech startup, where they implemented a TA & People function and internal related processes. From 2015-2018, they were the Founder of Direct Talent Source, a cost-effective alternative to recruitment agencies. During this time, they also worked as an Interim Internal Recruiter for Plumen, Sugru/FormFormForm Ltd, Gyrocom, and Bare Conductive. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Talent/Business Acquisition Lead for Continuum (Financial Services) LLP, and as a Part-time Internal Recruiter for OAKMOUNT CONTROL SYSTEMS LIMITED. From 2011-2009, they were the Corporate Business Development Manager/Sales Manager/Recruiter for Web Recruit Ltd, and Manager for Muscari Search & Selection Ltd.

Nicole Humphrey completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture at Leeds Beckett University from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a BA Hons in Landscape Architecture from Leeds Beckett University from 1991 to 1994.
