Robin Fleming has extensive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Miss America's Scholarship Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of Miss America, Robin has demonstrated a commitment to these organizations since early 2023. Previous ventures include founding La Casa Hermosa and serving as a Designer/Licensee for ABC/BBC's Dancing With The Stars from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Robin contributed as a Non-Profit Brand Partner and Designer for the Miss America Organization from 2008 to 2011. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Marketing/Public Relations from DePaul University, complemented by undergraduate studies in Business Management and Marketing at the University of Dayton.

Miss America
The Miss America Organization, a 501(c) (4), is one of the most recognizable household names in America working to empower young women through education and service. The Miss America Organization is comprised of 51 licensed state organizations, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Miss America candidates contribute tens of thousands of community service hours annually and have raised over $17 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Miss America scholarships since 2007. The Miss America Foundation, a 501(c) (3), provides academic, community service, and other scholarships to young women. Participating in the Miss America system not only helps pay for college and prepare for a career, it provides an opportunity to gain additional life experience, work on important social issues, enhance personal and professional skills, and develop performance-related and other talents.
