Erin Way has extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, starting as a homebased teacher and working their way up to Chief Operating Officer at Mission Autism Clinics. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, Erin has also held various leadership positions at Melmark and the New England Center for Children. Erin holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Worcester State University.
