Bonni Erickson

Bonni Erickson has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Bonni started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Moffatt Thomas in 1995. Following that, they worked at micronpc as a Staffing Services Coordinator, where they handled the recruitment of new team members and managed temporary and contract workers. In 2001, Bonni became a Human Resources Manager at IDACORP Energy and then moved on to DBSI in 2002, where they held the same position. In 2006, they joined Mission Aviation Fellowship as the Human Resources Director, overseeing various HR functions for a global non-profit organization.

Bonni Erickson obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from Boise State University. Bonni attended from 1991 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Boise High School from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, Bonni also holds two certifications: SHRM-CP from SHRM, attained in February 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute, obtained in May 2001.
