Chaleen Schuch has a diverse work experience, starting in 1991 as an Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP. Chaleen then served as the Finance Director at Special Olympics Oregon from 1995 to 2002. From 2003 to 2014, they worked as the Finance Manager at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds. Following that, they became the Ministry Operations Manager at First Baptist Church Beaverton from 2014 to 2016. Chaleen's most recent positions include being an Accountant, Field Programs at Mission Aviation Fellowship from 2017 to 2020, followed by a role as the Manager, Field Program Accounting in the same organization until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, International Accounting at Mission Aviation Fellowship from November 2020 onwards.
