Yuhan Xu

Yuhan Xu is a skilled food safety and quality management professional with a strong background in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as FSQ Manager at Mission Barns since April 2022, Yuhan previously held positions such as Senior Food Safety and Quality Supervisor at Flying Food Group, Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor at Abbott, and Assistant Microbiologist at Abbott. An early experience as a Technology Intern at Bright Network involved research on facial recognition technology for banking applications, while involvement as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University focused on food microbiology and safety. Yuhan also conducted undergraduate research on the application of anthocyanins in food products. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, further pursued with a Master of Data Science at Eastern University.
