Kathy Tran

Kathy Tran has a diverse work experience in the scientific industry. Kathy currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Mission Bio, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific for several years. From June 2017 to April 2022, they served as a Staff Program Manager, and from March 2015 to June 2017, they worked as a Staff Scientist. Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Kathy worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Life Technologies) as a Scientist from February 2014 to March 2015 and from November 2008 to February 2014. Kathy'searlier experience includes a role as a Scientist at Applied Biosystems from August 2006 to November 2008.

Kathy Tran completed their Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at the University of the Pacific from 1998 to 2002. Kathy then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Microbiology from San Jose State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
