Nathan Testa

Nathan Testa has extensive work experience in the life sciences industry. Nathan started their career as an Intern at Dr. Celenza and the Biology Department of Boston University, where they conducted genetic mapping and assisted in lab grant management. Nathan then worked as an Animal Lab Manager at Archemix, performing pharmacology and DMPK assays. After that, they joined Pulmatrix Inc. as a Research Associate, conducting various experiments and supporting in-vivo research.

In 2009, Nathan joined ImmunoGen, Inc. as a RA, where they developed bioassay methods for clinical trials and contributed to targeted antibody payload project development. Nathan then moved on to Affymetrix as an Account Manager, providing researchers with tools and custom solutions for biology applications.

From 2015 to 2016, Nathan worked at WaferGen as a BD - North East, where they provided technical consultation to clients for their Next Generation Sequencing projects. Nathan then joined Fluidigm Corporation as a BD - Boston / New England, before transitioning to Paragon Genomics as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, they partnered with CDC, NIH, and other groups to build custom PCR-based target enrichment solutions for the Next-Generation Sequencing markets.

Most recently, Nathan joined Metabolon, Inc. as a New England Development Executive, responsible for business development in the New England region. Currently, they are working at Mission Bio as an Associate Director of Strategic Alliance.

Nathan Testa attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1999 to 2003. Nathan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology at Boston University from 2003 to 2007.
