Nicole Ovadia

Nicole Ovadia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of life sciences and biotechnology. Nicole is currently the Director of Product Management at Mission Bio, a position they have held since January 2022.

Prior to their current role, Nicole worked at Invitae, starting in July 2020. Nicole served as the Marketing Director for Americas Oncology at ArcherDX, which was later acquired by Invitae. Nicole also held the positions of Oncology Product Management in Japan and the US, and International Oncology Commercialization Lead. Their time at Invitae ended in January 2022.

Before joining Invitae, Nicole worked at BD from February 2018 to July 2020, where they served as the Marketing Manager for Research Solutions in the US.

From July 2016 to February 2018, Nicole worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories as part of the Cell Biology Marketing team. Prior to that, they were at Agilent Technologies from April 2014 to June 2016, where they focused on marketing for CGH arrays.

Nicole also held positions at Fluidigm Corporation as a Senior Marketing Manager from November 2012 to March 2014, and at BD Biosciences as a Senior Product Manager from August 2006 to October 2012. At BD Biosciences, they were responsible for marketing high-end flow cytometry instruments.

Their career began in 1994 at Applied Biosystems, where they worked as a Product Specialist and later as a Scientist. In these roles, they provided R&D and marketing support for microbial identification products and contributed to the development of PCR and DNA sequencing kits.

Nicole's work experience also includes a brief tenure at Molecular Applications Group as a Product Manager in 1998.
