Krista Beyer

Krista Beyer has extensive experience in oncology nursing, currently serving as a Physician Aligned Oncology RN at Mission Cancer + Blood since October 2015. In this role, Krista educates patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and side effects while facilitating communication with healthcare providers. Previously, Krista worked as a Chemotherapy/Flex Nurse, where Krista obtained OCN certification in 2017 and contributed to the development of nursing policies. Prior experience includes serving as an Oncology Nurse at Unity Point Hospital, where Krista supported cancer patients through education and compassionate care, and as a Patient Care Tech at Mercy Medical Center, assisting patients with daily living activities. Krista holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Des Moines Area Community College.
