Japhet Koteen

Japhet Koteen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project development, program management, and product strategy within the energy and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Developer at Mission Clean Energy, Japhet leads market initiatives in the Southwest Power Pool territory. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Community Attributes Inc., where Japhet oversaw data systems and developed a web-based application for spatial and economic analysis. Additional experience encompasses product and business development at RoundGlass, strategic partnership and marketing leadership at FarmRaiser, and various roles focusing on real estate development and renewable energy consulting. Japhet holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Swarthmore College and a Master in Urban Planning from the University of Washington.
