Vice President, Voter Engagement at Mission Control

Emma Dillon has extensive experience in voter engagement and finance within political campaigns and organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Voter Engagement and previously holding roles such as Senior Strategist and Account Executive at Mission Control since January 2016, Emma has demonstrated a strong leadership capacity. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Director for Elizabeth Miller for Delegate and as a Finance Assistant for both O'Say Can You See PAC and Loebsack for Congress. Emma's earlier roles also include working as a Litigation Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, as well as various positions in community and international organizations. A graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, Emma graduated magna cum laude, reflecting a solid academic foundation bolstering a diverse professional background.

Mission Control

Twenty-three years of breaking through the junk with creative mail that fits into smart communications strategies. Mission Control is the most successful direct mail firm working in Democratic politics today. Specialized in creative persuasion direct mail for Democratic campaigns, candidates, party committees, labor unions, and progressive advocacy organizations. In 2021, team MC helped Democrats regain control of the Senate working with the Ossoff campaign in Georgia. In 2018, we helped flip 19 House districts: Ten working directly with candidates (eight of whom were women) and nine with independent expenditures. In 2016, we did mail for eight of the nine congressional seats that Democrats flipped. In the past decade, we have helped elect dozens of governors, senators, and mayors, and over a hundred state legislators, from Hawaii to Maine.
