Elisa C. is an experienced change manager currently working at Mission Critical Partners, focusing on long-term success through the integration of change management and strategic planning. Previously, Elisa served as the Director at the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, securing $72 million for the modernization of the state's unemployment system. Elisa held various leadership roles, including Deputy Administrator at the State of Nevada's Division of Welfare and Support Services, Owner of Cafferata & Co Government Relations, and Executive Director of the Nevada Technology Association. With a robust background in government relations, nonprofit fundraising, and project management, Elisa has contributed significantly to initiatives in workforce development, child care capacity expansion, and women's health advocacy.
