Alicia H. has extensive work experience in account management and customer advocacy roles. Alicia started their career as an Account Manager at Ivan Allen Company in 1995. After that, they worked as a National Account Manager at Universal Data Consultants, Bay Data Consultants (acquired by ITC Deltacom), and e^deltacom.
