Alicia H.

Cybersecurity Account Manager & Customer Advocate at Mission Critical Systems

Alicia H. has extensive work experience in account management and customer advocacy roles. Alicia started their career as an Account Manager at Ivan Allen Company in 1995. After that, they worked as a National Account Manager at Universal Data Consultants, Bay Data Consultants (acquired by ITC Deltacom), and e^deltacom. In 2001, Alicia joined Check Point Software Technologies as a Territory Manager and Channel Account Manager, before being promoted to the role of Channel Account Manager in 2005. Alicia then worked as a Channel Account Manager at Check Point Software Technologies until 2012. In the same year, they joined Mission Critical Systems as a Cybersecurity Account Manager and Customer Advocate.

Alicia H. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Advertising from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business between 1990 and 1994.
