Lars Lund

Lars Lund is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in advancing Catholic identity and enhancing school operations across various roles. As Head of School at Mission Dolores Academy from June 2022 to May 2024, Lars implemented the institution's first Strategic Plan and established new board committees to improve key operational areas. Prior roles include Interim President at Justin-Siena High School, where Lars focused on preserving the school's Lasallian Catholic identity, and Advancement Director at Bay Scholars, where fundraising efforts saw significant growth. Lars's long tenure at Junipero Serra High School included serving as President, Principal, and Associate Principal, during which comprehensive academic and administrative improvements were made. Lars also contributed to the Archdiocese of San Francisco as Assistant Superintendent, developing K-12 religion curriculum. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Religious Education from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University.
