Tom Montis

Tom Montis is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mission Essential since May 2022. Previously, Tom had a distinguished 24-year career with the US Navy, where roles included Talent Acquisition National Trainer, overseeing training for over 3,500 personnel, and Talent Acquisition Manager, managing operations across multiple locations. Tom also directed a team of 42 talent acquisition specialists and played a key role in establishing partnerships with educational institutions. Additionally, Tom served as the Command Anti-Terrorism Training Coordinator, instructing over 280 personnel in security tactics. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin University, alongside study at The University of Akron and Kent State University.
