Erica Medina is a culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Indian Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, KS, since November 2020, after progressing from the role of Sous Chef. Prior experience includes a position as Lead Line Cook at The Kansas City Country Club from May 2017 to November 2020 and a Cook at Ocean Reef Club from November 2015 to April 2016. Erica began their culinary journey at Sullivan University, where an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts was attained from 2013 to 2015.
