Imran Siddiqui

Imran Siddiqui has extensive work experience in the field of investigations and compliance. Imran served as a Senior Investigator at the U.S. Department of Labor, where they conducted investigations authorized under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) for both pension and welfare plans. Their responsibilities included examining health benefit plans for compliance with regulations, reviewing fidelity bonds, and conducting investment analysis. Imran also worked as a Benefit Advisor at the Department of Labor, focusing on pension plan reviews and compliance with defined contribution plans. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office. Currently, Imran serves as Vice President at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, leveraging their expertise in investigations and compliance. Prior to this role, they also served as Vice President at Southeastern Synod ELCA.

Imran Siddiqui received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Emory University School of Law, completing their education from 2002 to 2005.
