Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is responsible for guiding the strategic vision and operational effectiveness of the organization. Comprising key leaders, including the President and Chief Officers, this team works collaboratively to foster a vibrant faith community, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure that the ELCA's mission of service and justice is realized across its worshiping communities. Together, they provide oversight, direction, and support for initiatives that embody the church's commitment to living out the grace and love of Christ in practical ways.
