Darcey Hayes

Darcey Hayes has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Darcey most recently worked at Mission Lane as the Director of Finance starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at GENETWORx as an Internal Consultant in the finance department from June 2020 to October 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director of Finance at Advantasure. Before that, they had a long tenure at Capital One, where they held roles such as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from February 2009 to October 2016 and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from December 2004 to January 2009. Darcey began their career at Starbucks as a Manager of Corporate Finance from January 1999 to December 2004.

Darcey Hayes received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government, with a focus on Accounting, from James Madison University in 1993. Darcey also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from Washington State in 1999.
