Denise Stott

Denise Stott currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Mission Lane, focusing on strategic people, talent, and culture initiatives to foster alignment and employee engagement for transformational growth. As a Governing Body Member of the NYC CHRO Community at Evanta, now Gartner C-level Communities, Denise provides strategic human resources leadership. Denise was also part of the Customer Advisory Board for Quantum Workplace, contributing to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Previously, Denise held the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at Vroom, where as the first CHRO, Denise aligned HR strategy with organizational goals and significantly enhanced corporate culture. Denise was also the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Perion, overseeing HR and facilities during a critical transformation leading to a successful acquisition. Denise holds an MBA in Human Resources & Organizational Management from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University.
