Les Yonce

Les Yonce is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mission Lane since May 2022, Les leads Legal, Compliance, Risk, and HR functions while also supporting the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Les held various senior positions at Capital One from 2000 to 2022, including Senior Compliance Director for Core Consumer Card and Tech Platforms and US Card Partnerships Compliance Officer, advising on regulatory compliance and risk strategies. Les's earlier experience includes a position as an associate at McGuireWoods, where significant asset sales and bank financings were managed. Les holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
