Sharad Gupta

Sharad Gupta has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Sharad is currently working as the Head of Engineering for New Products at Mission Lane. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at the same company. Before joining Mission Lane, Sharad served as the Chief Technology Officer at Clix Capital from 2019 to 2021. Sharad also has experience as the Founder of both FloatIQ and PrepSmarter, where they led the companies from 2014 to 2019 and 2014 to 2017 respectively. Earlier in their career, Sharad worked at NatWest Group as a Director in various roles related to derivatives operations technology, academy head, and research analytics. Sharad also held the position of Vice President of Fixed Income IT at Millennium Management and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Crédit Agricole CIB and Thomson Reuters.

Sharad Gupta holds a Master's degree in Software Systems from Jamia Millia Islamia. Sharad also completed their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, they have received certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder from the CFA Institute and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
