Beiling Gonzalez

Beiling Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beiling started their career in 2007 as a Sexual Assault Response Advocate at WEAVE, Inc. Beiling then worked as a Youth Development Specialist at Next Move before joining Holy Family Day Home in 2009. At Holy Family Day Home, they held multiple roles including Community Health Advocate/Case Manager, Admissions & Contracts Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2019, Beiling became a Human Resources Manager at Nation's Foodservice, Inc. where they oversaw HR functions for a large employee base. Currently, Beiling is working at MNC Inspiring Success, where they hold the positions of Human Resources Sr. Manager, Human Resources Director, and Interim Chief Operations Officer. In 2023, they will assume the role of Chief Operations Officer.

Beiling Gonzalez has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Beiling also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General, from the same university. Additionally, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI in April 2018. In December 2011, they also became a Leadership Development Institute Fellow at the California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC).
