Richard Cortez

Richard Cortez is an experienced professional in the field of formulation development, currently serving as the Director of Formulations at Mission Pharmacal since February 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at DPT Laboratories from November 2007 to February 2022, including Manager of Formulation and Packaging Development, Group Leader, Senior Scientist, Scientist, and Associate Scientist in the Formulation Development department. Earlier in the career, Richard worked as a Laboratory Technician III at Food Safety Net Services from November 2006 to November 2007. Educationally, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, obtained in 2006.
