Brian Franzman has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, holding various management roles. Brian served as Management at Mission Restaurant Supply and previously as Director of Operations at Varsity Tavern from September 2015 to February 2016. Between July 2007 and October 2015, Brian was a Managing Partner at Manera Restaurant Group, where a restaurant concept grew to three locations within five years. Prior to this, Brian worked as Assistant General Manager at Eddie V's Restaurants Inc. from September 2003 to November 2007, overseeing a staff of over 100 and generating sales exceeding 8 million at the flagship restaurant. Additionally, Brian was the General Manager of Cru A Wine Bar in Austin from May 2005 to May 2007, responsible for all operations and purchasing for the wine bar.
