Katie Finch

Katie Finch has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple organizations and roles. Katie began their career in 2007 as a VISTA Leader at SGSM Network, where they led a team of thirteen VISTA members and revamped the training program. In 2010, they became the AmeriCorps Program Manager at College Bound Stl. Katie then went on to found the St. Louis Service Alliance Network in 2014 to foster collaboration between service sectors in the St. Louis area. Katie Finch also worked as the Director of AmeriCorps Services at Mission: St. Louis in 2013. Most recently, in 2019, they started their own consulting firm, Katie Bench, LLC., where they provide various services to nonprofits.

Katie Finch obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art and Holistic Health from Georgian Court University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master's Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, attending from 2009 to 2013.
