Alex Williams

Alex Williams has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Mission Underwriting Managers, LLC since 2021, where responsibilities include supervising 20 employees and over 70 vendors in establishing program administration for entrepreneurial underwriters. In addition, Alex holds the position of Chairman of the Board at SERV International. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at ESIS, Inc., where multiple promotions followed an initial role as Vice President, Head of Technology Product Management. Alex’s career also encompasses significant positions at EY, XL Catlin, Esurance, and Progressive Insurance, demonstrating a strong foundation in claims management, technology product management, and strategic leadership. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oglethorpe University.
