Kelsey O'Neill

Chief of Staff at MissionOG

Kelsey O'Neill has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Kelsey began their career with Live Nation as a Human Resources Assistant in 2011. In 2012, they moved to VPNE Parking Solutions as a Payroll/HR Specialist and Staff Recruiter. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Bain & Company as an HR Coordinator and Payroll Coordinator. In 2017, they joined TargetST8 - World Class Execution in the Professional Services as a Business Manager and HR Generalist. In 2018, they joined MissionOG as Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager. At MissionOG, they are responsible for helping to accelerate partner companies by investing financial capital and leveraging a broad network of industry experts.

Kelsey O'Neill attended Strath Haven High School from 2004 to 2008. Kelsey then went on to Boston College from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Elementary Education and Human Development.
