Kelvin Mwirigi

Kelvin Mwirigi is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in talent optimization and transformation leadership, currently serving at Missions of Hope International since July 2020. In this strategic role, Kelvin focuses on developing comprehensive talent strategies to enhance organizational success and has significantly improved student academic performance through innovative teaching methods. Previous roles include managing a center that transformed educational practices in the Mathare slums, serving as Deputy Head at the Methodist Church of Kenya where Kelvin enhanced academic and administrative functions, and teaching at Compassion International and Isiolo Barracks Secondary School, emphasizing personal growth and innovative methodologies. Kelvin holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Mount Kenya University, complemented by a Diploma of Education.
