Prior positions include Senior/HR Consultant at the City of Toronto and Labour Relations Consultant at the City of Ottawa, with earlier experience as a Consultant/Advisor for the Ontario Public Service. Joshua Doreen-Harfield holds a Master of Laws from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Business Administration from York University, a Business Administration Diploma from Sheridan College, and a focus in Management Communications from Ryerson University.
