Joshua Doreen-Harfield

Joshua Doreen-Harfield is an experienced professional in employee and labour relations, currently serving as the Manager, Employee and Labour Relations for the City of Mississauga since August 2014. Prior positions include Senior/HR Consultant at the City of Toronto and Labour Relations Consultant at the City of Ottawa, with earlier experience as a Consultant/Advisor for the Ontario Public Service. Joshua Doreen-Harfield holds a Master of Laws from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Business Administration from York University, a Business Administration Diploma from Sheridan College, and a focus in Management Communications from Ryerson University.
