Rae Parker

Manager, HR Management Systems (acting) at City of Mississauga

Rae Parker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the acting Manager of HR Management Systems at the City of Mississauga since December 2011. Throughout the tenure, Rae has held various roles including Senior Lead, Learning; Project Lead for LMS Implementation; Learning Architect; and other consultant positions focused on staffing and organizational development. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Shoppers Drug Mart from September 2001 to July 2014. Rae Parker completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Sheridan College in 2012 and holds a Master's degree in Women's Studies and Feminist Research from Western University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies with a major in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
