Sophia Yohannes-Smadi

Sophia holds a B.S. in Sociology. Since 2001 she’s held various roles at food co-ops in MN and ND, including 7 years at Mississippi Market. Sophia currently works on the Human Resources and Operations team for the Institute for Social Research and Data Innovation at the University of Minnesota.
