Kimberly LeRoy Washington, MBA, CDP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and compliance management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Diversity and Inclusion Manager and previously as Engineering Manager at Mississippi Power, Kimberly oversees multifaceted engineering operations, employee development, and a $25M capital budget. Prior roles include Compliance & Support Manager at both Mississippi Power and Alabama Power Company, where Kimberly ensured regulatory compliance and managed audits for large teams.
