Alaina Herrington, DNP, RN, FAAN, FSSH, ANEF, CHSE-A, serves as an Associate Professor and Director of Simulation and Clinical Affairs at Mississippi State University since October 2023. Previously, Herrington held key positions at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, including Director of the Judith Gore Gearhart Clinical Skills Center and Director of the Mississippi Academy for Simulation Training, where efforts focused on enhancing clinical skills assessment and developing state-wide simulation-based training programs for nursing faculty.
