With extensive experience in character coaching and leadership development, Michael has had roles at various organizations including Synergy Wealth Solutions, Old Hickory Golf Club, Lindenwood University, Missouri Baptist University, Southern Arkansas University, and Mueller Prost. Michael holds a degree in Executive Development, General Management, and Leadership Development from IMD, Cornell University, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
