Zachary Kern

Zachary Kern, MBA, currently serves as the Linebacker Coach and Eligibility Academic Coordinator at Missouri Baptist University since June 2022, achieving significant coaching milestones, including coaching one player to an All-HAAC South 1st Team Selection and leading the NAIA in solo tackles. Kern's role involves a range of responsibilities, including acting as a liaison between the Student Success Center and coaching staff, evaluating player performance with a self-created grading scale, providing instruction on drill techniques, and recruiting talented student-athletes nationwide. Prior experience includes a position as a Graduate Assistant - Linebacker Coach at Missouri Baptist University and roles at Stretch U and Brentwood Ice Arena. Kern holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Baptist University, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the same institution, earned in 2021.
