Holly Heckman

Holly Heckman is an experienced application developer and software administrator currently employed at the Missouri Hospital Association since September 2020. Prior to this role, Holly served as an Information Technology Specialist at the Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan from October 2015 to September 2020 and held the position of Information Technology Specialist I at the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations from February 2009 to October 2015. Holly has a strong background in developing on the Worker’s Compensation system using Synon 2E, CL, and COBOL for iSeries, as well as contributing to an unemployment modernization project in 2015 while identifying development gaps. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
