Ken Satterfield

Ken Satterfield is an experienced professional in library services, marketing, and media production. Currently serving as a Circulation/Reference Clerk at the Missouri River Regional Library since June 2016, Ken collaborates across various library departments while contributing articles to the library blog and writing book reviews for a local newspaper. As a freelancer since 1986, Ken has designed and edited newsletters for organizations including the Missouri Library Association and maintained online presences for several community groups. Previous roles include Advertising/Marketing Coordinator at Word&Way, where Ken was responsible for marketing a biweekly newspaper, and Media Specialist for the Missouri Baptist Convention, focusing on media promotion and training for church librarians. Ken holds a Master of Arts in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Divinity in Mass Communications from Southern Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Furman University.
