Megan M. Gallagher

Megan M. Gallagher, MBA, currently serves as a Basketball Official for the IHSA and NJCAA, as well as for the Missouri State High School Activities Association. Since December 2006, Megan has held the position of Optimization Manager at BJC HealthCare, overseeing Continuous Improvement and Transformation project portfolios to align with business objectives and enhance departmental productivity. Previous roles at BJC HealthCare include Project Manager, Change Management and Team Engagement Lead, Analyst, ITMS, Senior Physician Referral Specialist, Clinical Information Systems Coordinator, and Communication Specialist. Additionally, Megan interned as a Policy Officer with the United States Department of Defense in 2013. Megan earned an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University and a BA in Organizational Studies, specializing in Leadership and Team Management, from Saint Louis University.
