Pamela Bowen is an experienced professional with a strong background in sourcing and sports officiating. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Sourcing at Build-A-Bear Workshop since August 2019, Pamela previously held the position of Sourcing Director at Elan-Polo from November 1990 to July 2019. Complementing a career in sourcing, Pamela has been actively involved as a soccer referee for multiple organizations, including the Missouri State High School Activities Association and the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2011, and has officiated for Vetta Sports and the St. Louis Catholic Youth Council since 2010. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary's University, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1987.
